Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India, on all rugs purchased through our website. For heavier items like furniture, the shipping cost would be as charged by our shipping partner, which will be calculated at check out from your cart.

Delivery Timelines

All our products are made to order and handcrafted with care by our skilled craftsmen. The estimated delivery time can range from 45 to 120 days, depending on the quality, materials and complexity of design. After production, the products go through thorough quality checks to ensure the products match our high standards. We aim to dispatch the products within 10 business days.

Order Confirmation Process

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call from our team. You will also receive:

  • Email order confirmation
  • Text message order confirmation
  • Email with tracking details and invoice once the product is shipped
Order Cancellation

As you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call from our team. At this stage, we can cancel, change or modify the order. Once the order is confirmed from your end, and production starts, we cannot accept changes or cancellations, as all our products are handmade and made to order specially for you!
