What Are the Shipping Charges?

We offer free shipping across India, on all rugs purchased through our website. For heavier items like furniture, the shipping cost would be as charged by our shipping partner, which will be calculated at check out from your cart. 

When Will My Order Arrive?

All our products are made to order and handcrafted with care by our skilled craftsmen. The estimated delivery time can range from 45 to 120 days, depending on the quality, materials and complexity of design. After production, the products go through thorough quality checks to ensure the products match our high standards. We aim to dispatch the products within 10 business days.

How Will I Know Whether My Order Is Confirmed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation call from our team. You will also receive:

  • Email order confirmation
  • Text message order confirmation
  • Email with tracking details and invoice once the product is shipped

Order Cancellation

How can I make a change in my order or cancel my order?

As you place an order, you will receive a confirmation call from our team. At this stage, we can cancel, change or modify the order. 

Once the order is confirmed from your end, and production starts, we cannot accept changes or cancellations, as all our products are handmade and made to order specially for you!

Bespoke Rugs

Can I order a customised rug?

If I share my room pictures with you, will you be able to suggest a rug?

Absolutely! Share your room pictures via email at info@studiobyagni.com and our design consultants will recommend the best options tailored to your requirements.

How accurately are the rug’s colours shown on your website?

Each rug is handmade, so slight variations in colour or design are natural and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

What if my rug is damaged, defective, or is not the item I ordered?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect rug, please contact us immediately at info@studiobyagni.com. Our customer service team will promptly assist you to resolve the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.
